ABOUT

Devotions4Teens started in 2020, initially created for a small group of teenagers who were struggling during the Covid lockdown. Since then, God has expanded its reach, making it accessible in over 200 countries worldwide. Devotions4Teens is completely free and serves as a tool to help teens and young adults read God’s word, see God’s heart, and pursue an authentic relationship with Jesus!

STATEMENT OF FAITH

• We believe in the Bible, the inspired Word of God and the source of truth.
• We believe in God the Father, Creator and Ruler.
• We believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who became flesh, lived a sinless life, offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for sin on the cross, and rose three days later demonstrating His power over sin and death. Jesus ascended into Heaven and is returning soon.
• We believe in the Holy Spirit, who lives in each Christian from salvation.
• We believe that each person is created by God, and since Adam, born a sinner separated from God without the ability to redeem themselves. Jesus offered Himself taking our punishment on the cross. Salvation is a free gift, but we must accept it by confessing our sin, asking for forgiveness, and putting our faith in Jesus.
• We believe that baptism is symbolic of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus and an outward confession of an inward change.
• We believe that salvation brings peace for today and peace for eternity, promising the hope of heaven and eternal life.

BIOS

Author- Brooke Bruner

Brooke gave her life to Jesus as a pre-teen and has never been the same since! Married to her husband for over 25 years and parents to two boys, they have served together in their church as small group leaders, youth leaders, and on the prayer team. Brooke works as a marketing professional and loves to study the Bible! Brooke is amazed and humbled to see God use her writing to share the gospel with teens around the world!

Developer- John Rouda

John grew up in church and has been a Christian since his youth. He is a technology leader at his company, part-time professor, and full-time husband and father of 3.
